Here’s my soundtrack for Donald Trump’s last day in office:

Although Trump’s presidency lasted four years, the damage will be long-term. The failed insurrection is proof of it. White supremacy is a hell of a drug.

I’m gonna live my Black ass life regardless. I’m trying to not live in fear — although that’s an easy hole to fall in when you see what’s on the news.
